MISSION
STATEMENT: Through our
progressive martial arts curriculum, certified
through the World Taekwondo Federation provided
for students age 4 years old and up,
practitioners will learn beginning through
advanced movements, patterns, self-defense and
board breaking techniques that will greatly
increase mind and body connection. The programs
develop the four components of physical fitness:
muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and
power as well as the mental fitness: focus,
concentration, courtesy, respect, manners,
self-discipline, self-control, perseverance and
indomitable spirit. |
